Poop Patrol

• As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.

• Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.

• If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

• We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.

• Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.

• Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.

• Photos may be taken before or after service (such as locked gates, yard access, or proof of a completed cleaning). These photos may be used for business purposes, including social media, marketing, and service documentation.

• For the safety of our staff, if any dog displays aggressive behavior or if an employee feels threatened or is attacked, service will immediately cease. The client is responsible for ensuring pets are secured during the scheduled service window.

• If we arrive and are unable to access the yard, the visit will be charged as completed.

• While every effort will be made to ensure gates are properly secured upon exit, the company is not responsible for pets that escape due to faulty or unsecured gates.

• The client is responsible for maintaining a safe yard environment free of hazards that could cause injury. Service may be skipped if unsafe conditions are present.

• By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
